Charlotte Community Services Association's mission is "Changing the Lives of Charlotte Area Youth By Providing Community-Based Programs of Excellence" and our motto is "Excellence For All." We provide academic and fine arts afterschool and summer programming, as well as offer an intensive tutoring program. We serve mostly low-income students of color and operate out of the Family Life Center of First Baptist Church-West.
CLIMB provides free business law services to historically under-represented entrepreneurs and small business owners of limited means. By helping small business owners overcome obstacles to opportunity and growth, we seek to advance economic mobility and social justice in our community. We form networks with law firms and corporate legal departments to maximize resources for the entrepreneurs we serve, and we join forces with other professionals, service providers, an civic leaders to create a vibrant and supportive ecosystem for small business owners.

Chatham County Partnership for Children is the local Smart Start partnership for Chatham County. We administer the NC Pre-Kindergarten Program, serve as Lead Child Care Resource & Referral Agency for Chatham, Lee, Harnett, Johnston, and Wayne counties, and are a Sponsoring Organization with the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program.

Cherryville High School (CHS) has a proud tradition of excellence, symbolized by the Ironmen mascot which represents courage in the face of all obstacles and adversity. Currently, schools are confronted with significant challenges in the form of budget restrictions – and CHS certainly has its share. The Cherryville High School Education Foundation (CHSEF) is committed to keeping the Ironmen tradition alive in spite of these funding challenges. Our goal is to create a better future for Cherryville High School students and graduates by forging ahead in the true spirit of school: with unyielding fortitude, optimism and unity.
The Chicamacomico Historical Association is the steward of the place, artifacts and history of the Chicamacomico Life-Saving Coast Guard Station. The VISION of the Association is to forever preserve and present the history of Chicamacomico and commemorate its valiant heroes. The MISSION of the Association is to preserve the historic Chicamacomico site and tell its unique story.
To be driven by our Christian faith to address the impact of poverty & trauma on families with children in Halifax, Warren, and Northampton counties. We do this through education, empowerment, advocacy, and community collaboration.
