Executive Leadership Cohort: Building Equity & Anti-Racist Change Agents

Executive Leadership Cohort

May 3, 10, 17 & June 7, 21, 28
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST

There are many inequities present in our nonprofit organizations and the nonprofit sector. The Executive Leadership Cohort: Building Equity & Anti-Racist Change Agents is designed to help build a group of leaders focused on anti-racist accountability and action.

The cohort will consist of an equal number of white participants and participants of color who will learn from each other and equity and leadership facilitators, Deanna Rolffs and Noele Stith, through panel presentations and guided conversations over six virtual sessions. As a whole group and within affinity groups and small groups, participants will examine and unlearn our unconscious biases, develop actionable strategies to interrupt racism, and strengthen anti-racist behaviors and practices in our work and community spaces.

This cohort is for you if:

  • You have taken diversity, inclusion, and equity training and have begun your own personal work around race, anti-racism, white privilege, equity, etc.; and
  • You can commit to all six sessions.

Enrollment is limited to 20 individuals: 10 BILPOC and 10 white

Registration is now closed.
